1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtsya ("phtsya," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phtsya online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phtsya Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phtsya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phtsya Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the phtsya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phtsya does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtsya, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phtsya or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a phtsya account previously terminated for cause.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. phtsya reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the phtsya Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phtsya account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phtsya uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): phtsya is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and other documentation as requested.
• Account Ownership: Your phtsya account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Account Currency: phtsya accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

phtsya reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phtsya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your phtsya account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify phtsya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• phtsya will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from phtsya that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

phtsya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All transactions completed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified phtsya of a security breach prior to the transaction occurring.

5 Deposits & Payments

phtsya accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are the only methods supported on the Platform:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Philippine-issued)

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. phtsya does not facilitate money transfers, currency exchange, or any financial service other than funding your gaming account.
• phtsya does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtsya bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phtsya reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phtsya account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phtsya reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative supported method at its discretion.
• Processing Times: phtsya aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider's processing times.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
• AML Checks: phtsya is required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks on withdrawal requests. phtsya reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending the outcome of such checks, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

phtsya reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phtsya offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phtsya reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: phtsya reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion, and the use of automated software.
• Modification: phtsya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

phtsya offers a range of online gaming products including slots, live casino games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• RNG Certification: All random-outcome games on the phtsya Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error in a game, phtsya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. phtsya's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: phtsya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Where a game round is interrupted, the Platform will attempt to complete the round upon reconnection.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phtsya reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtsya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games and poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phtsya immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward phtsya staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the phtsya Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

phtsya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

phtsya provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions. The Platform will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic reminders that display the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter cooling-off period of 24 hours to 7 days is available for players who need a brief break without committing to a full self-exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phtsya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phtsya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtsya Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without phtsya's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phtsya trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of phtsya's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 16.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtsya's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtsya account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phtsya shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if phtsya has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond phtsya's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtsya's liability for death or personal injury caused by phtsya's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The phtsya Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtsya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or viruses.

13 Termination & Suspension

phtsya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phtsya reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and AML checks.

You may close your phtsya account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the resolution of any outstanding disputes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phtsya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtsya will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the phtsya Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the phtsya Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phtsya, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. phtsya is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such process.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
